ATC Physician Services also provides professional liability insurance through our A rated carrier for
every hour a physician works through our agency. The policy has individual limits of $1 million per
claim/$3 million annual aggregate per physician. Our physicians are covered whenever a claim arises
from work arranged by ATC, even if they are no longer active contractors of ATC.
